The cork grip is your direct connection to your rod, you experience the rod through your casting hand, and the grip on your South Creek rod can be tailored to your specifications. Your rod may be outfitted with any of the standard grips customized to your taste. Alternatively, if you can draw it, I can make it. I use 1/4" Extra Select Flor cork in the grips on South Creek rods. Below are some examples of traditional and standard grips.
